We do our best to keep enough stock of all items in our shop. If a product is temporarily not available you will find that noted next to the product description.
Our forwarder picks up deliveries twice a week; on tuesdays and thursdays. So everything ordered and paid for untill tuesday at 11am will leave our ware house on tuesday. Everything ordered and paid for before thursday 11am will ship on thursday. If you have an urgent order you can always get in touch with us and we will do our very best to ship asap.

You can also pick up your order at Bogert 1 in Eindhoven, please contact us by mail or phone 0031 62424 0989 so your order will be ready for you.             

Safe and easy payment
You can do safe and easy payments with us via our payment provider Mollie. If you are ready to make the payment you will therefore be forwarded to the Mollie site where you can choose to pay via bank transfer, Mastercard, Visacard or PayPal. If you choose bank transfer you will receive the payment information with you order confirmation.

All prices are inclusive 6% or 21% tax and exclusive delivery costs.                

Returns - no problem
If you like to return your order this is no problem within 14 days after the purchase arrived. Just follow the steps underneath or else we can not proceed with the request.                
1.  Send an email to us and inform us about the return, please also provide your bank details.           
2. Pack the goods safely in their original packaging. We are not responsible for damages during transport, consider to send expensive products with an insured service. Send to Botanic Bites,  Bogert 1, 5612LX Eindhoven          
3. After we have received the returned goods in good order we will transfer your payment within 4 working days. 
Food is excluded from returns.
