You are obliged to check your order immediately after receiving for any damage of transport, guaranteed propperties or other damage. The responsibility of the transport company stops as soon as the package is brought to your property and you accepted the delivery. Damage by transport you have to note down on the papers of the transport company, about other damage you have to notify us within 48 hours by writing. Our guanrantee stops with wrong treatment of the products by the buyer, or damage caused by moisture, too warm spaces, unusual weather or temperature or damage caused by insects or bugs. If you can proof that the damage is not your foult you may return the goods after you notify us in writing, 48 hours by wrong delivery and 24 hours by damage done by animals or other organisms.
